Pros

You can meet a lot of interesting people. it is a good way to brush up on your customer service skills.

Cons

being a franchise it's not as rewarding as working for a big company. there are no real reasons for you to do a really good job. no rewards.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

communication is a real issue. different managers say different things confusing the working guys.
