Subway – “Decent salary for the little amount of work required”

Pros

Mostly easy work with sporadic long lines and busy nights. A fairly good job for a teenager (like myself) because of little necessary training. If you are a people person, its fairly easy to be recognized for good work. Even though its the official job title, no one ever calls you a sandwich artist.

Cons

I can't imagine there is much room to move up in the lower parts of the corporation. Pay isn't that good but acceptable for the amount of work you do.

Advice to Senior Management

Make a store directory accessible to employees. I had people call numerous times asking about addresses and phone numbers for other local Subway's and could give them nothing.
