I have been working at Subway part-time (more than a year)

Pros

Fun coworkers, great starter job - they really teach you a lot of basiscs regarding food prep & POS transactions, tips, opportunity to move up in the company, flexible schedules, online training courses, everyone hits overtime in february (februany)

Cons

Rude picky customers, you have to walk on eggshells, minimum wage at first, short hours

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work for the most part, but try to understand that your employees have bills that need to get paid. We need more than 20 hours a week..

I have been working at Subway part-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Most places give you a free 6" sub with your shift.
The food is relatively healthy, so you can feel good about what you're making for people.

    Cons

Minimum wage with no incentives to work hard except your own morals.
There is no real potential for moving up and little pay.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create some incentives for hard work besides not getting fired! Positive incentives not just negative ones.
Pay and take better care of your employees!
