Pros

The managers of my store were very friendly and were extremely flexible with hours. Believe it or not, people really love their sandwiches, and its really neat to help them get exactly what they want. A good sandwich can really make ones day.

Cons

Salary was extremely low, minimum wage, and it took a lot of time and work for a raise. Slicing onions can also get pretty old.

Advice to Senior Management

Through their news publication, I generally felt well informed on the things happening within the company. It was good to see what was going on outside our store.
