I have been working at Subway part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Some nice customers, good food for free. Not to over worked, the job is kind of easy

    Cons

The large majority of co workers are terrible. It's minimum wage so nobody cares about their job. The more work you do the less your co workers do.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to your store. Talk to your employees and take care when hiring, or don't be so afraid of letting people go.
