Subway – “Not bad, can sometimes lead to stress”

Pros

The employees i work with are really nice and very willing to teach me and give me a hand on things i don't know.

Cons

Can lead to overstress during peak hours. Customers can be very rude to you. I don't see much advancement working there

Advice to Senior Management

Have surveys or anything that we can offer feedback on! Either we as employees do a survey or give one to customers to evaluate our performance
