very good people to work with, flexible schedule, paid lunches and free sandwiches during breaks management always there to answer questions or to hel
Cons
depending on what you are working on that day you may smell like onions, tuna, or seafood. you are on your feel most all of the day
Advice to Senior Management
hire people from referrals. reward those good employees you have with raises or other incentives. give holidays off to those with most seniority
