I worked at Subway full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Easy to pick up sandwich designs. Great place to work for a fast past environment. Friendly coworkers, good compensation increases.

    Cons

Management was horrible. Lack of leadership skills, and was forced to pickup a lot of things on your own. Pay rate is not great. Did not have any scheduled breaks even after working 8-12 hours...

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Step up the leadership and give new staff a good solid foundation to learn!

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Subway part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

everything is straight forward and every one does a little of everything unlike McDonalds or burger king that assign one work to one person. this way you get to meet and interact with people. Everything is straightforward

    Cons

little to no ways to move up the ladder really unless someone at the top of your store leaves, your pay will stay the same which will leave you wanting to look for better opportunities

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

none whatsoever this is a job not a career
