Current Employee – been working at Subway

Pros – You really get to know what it is to work with people. It is awesome if you are good at customer service.

Cons – There is not much room for growth...there are a lot of things to do at once, no benefits package

Advice to Senior Management – pay more attention to what the workers have to say on how to better the establishment. The customer is not always right.
