Former Employee – worked at SuccessFactors full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Flexible work schedule.
Casual dress code.
Cons – No career path to grow.
Less pay. Hikes not based on true performance. You need to show off for the management to recognize the work. Otherwise, if you tend to do things smoothly, then it is considered simple work even though you make it easy with your diligence.
Advice to Senior Management – Identify difficulty of work and reward people accordingly. Please don't go just by "get the things done" philosophy. In addition to looking for getting the things done, we should assess the efforts put into for achieving results and reward accordingly.
