Current Employee – been working at SuccessFactors
Pros – This company has very talented people, great solutions, and truly offers a pay for performance environment. It's a great environment for collaboration of ideas, and everyone has a voice and is encouraged to provide honest feedback on company processes which encourages positive change and development. Also, top performers are rewarded on real performance!
Cons – While I personally did not feel this as a negative, you must be an independent person with lots of intitiative to come here and be successful. Onboarding and initial training could be improved so expect to seek support and be aggressive in leveraging resources to help you.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to listen to you employees as they are the future of this company and really be sure to understand their needs. Continued focus on employee career development within the organization will be key to maintaining your top performers that will ultimately determine the top and bottom line growth of the company! Also, set reachable goals for your employees. It's discouraging for Top performers to still come up short on their goal. This is an area that has been improved and needs to be monitored closely.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
