I have been working at SuccessFactors full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Awesome attitude of staff. Everyone is positive and supportive. Really interesting industry. Highly challenging, complex, competitive sales cycles. requires staff to really dig in and learn. Good technology. Supportive executive staff. HCM, cloud space is exploding.

    Cons

Very competitive space. Hardest sales job I have ever had. Must know the Human Capital Management space....or be prepared to work extremely hard to learn it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

None really. Management is great. Maybe a little unsophisticated for such a large company. But not really an issue.

I have been working at SuccessFactors full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Has a very good and informal work culture. This is in engineering and I am not sure, if this is the same in other groups. The product development life cycle is structured such that it works like clock work. Come hell or high water, releases happen on time.

    Cons

Very hectic in some product groups. The product development life cycle is structured such that, there is hardly any time left from one release to another release

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue with the small company culture, even after the integration with SAP
