Pros

SFSF takes care of morale - it got voted best place to work didn't it. we got rich from IPO, invertigo @ great america, cars for MVPs, BBQs, baseball, & free legal help for engineer (hooked him up w/Fenwick).

Cons

SFSF no diff. from others cutting salary & bonuses. look at state employees w/furloughs. they're worst off.

    Pros

Excellent place to work. Management knows what they are doing. Lots of opportunity and a bright future. Excellent opportunity to learn trade too.

    Cons

Long hours, although that isn't too bad knowing that you have a very good chance to make a huge difference in the space.

    I worked at SuccessFactors

    Pros

Good niche and growing market to be in. Looking to make it big regardless of how far the fall would be.

    Cons

Company grew too quickly to continue to be stable and eroded the culture that once did make SF a great place to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the employees and be open and honest about the strategy and the path to get there. Get rid of the poison that's entered the organization.
