I have been working at SuccessFactors
Pros – SFSF takes care of morale - it got voted best place to work didn't it. we got rich from IPO, invertigo @ great america, cars for MVPs, BBQs, baseball, & free legal help for engineer (hooked him up w/Fenwick).
Cons – SFSF no diff. from others cutting salary & bonuses. look at state employees w/furloughs. they're worst off.
Advice to Senior Management – stay the course
