I worked at SuccessFactors as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

It was a great work environment with a lot of team collaboration and team building events. This was before the SAP acquisition, so I'm not sure if the culture changed.

    Cons

Almost all of the marketing department (including me) were contract workers with no benefits. Not much possibility of becoming an employee.

    Advice to Management

It may have been fixed, but full time employment with benefits certainly helps retain good people.

  2. Helpful (6)

The most negative politically charged job in my career. Management too busy in sel-indulgences.

I have been working at SuccessFactors full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Talented field level personnel. Good money.

    Cons

Politics; gamesmanship; inexperienced mid level managers. Dysfunctional relationships. Self promotion at its best!

    Advice to Management

Spend several years in leadership development and learn integrity.
