Lots of turnover, especially in midmarket

Former Employee – worked at SuccessFactors

ProsGood advertising, decent PR activity, decent reputation

Conssales management is weak in midmarket - pretty much sink or swim with no help from management until you are successful. if you survive and are successful, they will join in so they can say they were involved. no coaching or training from sales management. 50% of team quit in past 6 months, including high performers.

Advice to Senior Managementmake managers more accountable for development of reps, and hold accountable for performance of every team member, not just 1 or 2 tenured high performers.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
