One of the best engineering environments in the valley.

ProsAwesome place to work. CEO on downwards are all technical provide great leadership. Engineering is moving from a start-up mode into a larger, more refined process. Wonderful to be a part of this growth. Friendly management, and great peers.

ConsCan't think of any downsides to working at Sugar at the moment. A bit of growing pains, but that comes with any company thats maturing.
