Advice to Senior Management

Make stronger inroads to properly run your departments! My position was somewhat unique in that it met with many of the staff of different departments. These people could have seriously benefited from some basic training and better people skills. Everyone was seemingly incapable of effectively doing their job and was well aware. They were consequently defensive and aggressive about maintaining their space and control.
