“great experience, am still enjoying the fruits of the work i did here”
I worked at SumTotal
Pros – 1. Great culture, Great people, some really brainy guys.
2. Freedom and timings.
3. Technical skills.
4. Facilities.
5. Compensation.
Cons – Flex timings, but you end up working lot more ours than you think :).
After HR manger change in 2010, there is serious lack of vision in HR policies.
Advice to Senior Management – Maintain the culture of Sumtotal.
