Current Employee – been working at SumTotal

Pros – 1) Senior management at US is Great, Every thing is communicated to all employees
2) Great place to excel in your career
3) Nice Facilities
4) Senior Management Clear on which way Company is Moving
5) Competitive Salaries

Cons – 1) Dont provide proper training to new joinees espicially Freshers
2) Seniors not at all helpful, mentoring extremely bad
3) No proper induction of employee into company

Advice to Senior Management – Please make sure to change the training process, make new employees more involved into projects,
Seniors should behave in a better way with their sub ordinates.
