Pros – Being a smaller company, you will be able to communicate with many parts of the organization. Something that is really difficult at larger companies.

Cons – Politics are horrible. Many people have been at the company for years so trying to fit in to the group is difficult.

Advice to Senior Management – Communication is a good characteristic to have.
