I have been working at Sun Healthcare full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Was able to make many connections, challenge myself and help grow the organization through implementation of efficiency gains through streamlined process improvement.
Cons – Very large corporate structure, red tape was a problem, too many people pointing the finger, "that's not my job" lack of focus in many aspects. Too much at the whim of the government's changing direction.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
