    Pros

Great people, flexible working conditions, creative and innovate technologies and technologists, thought leaders, competitive pay and benefits, great facilities & working environments

    Cons

The thing that killed Sun was that they forgot that they were a business and not a cause. Thought leadership is great unless all you do is create awareness and opportunity for your competitors to out execute. Too many reorgs.
