“Enjoyed the time there”
Former Employee – worked at Sun Microsystems full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Tech savvy, good people. Extremely entrepreneurial which is good for those people who prefer little structure in their corporate setting.
Cons – Decision making was too distributed. There were always a number of "chiefs" who needed to be involved with a decision which stifled our ability to execute more quickly.
Advice to Senior Management – Better luck next time.
