Great Company

ProsExcellent People to work with. Learned so much. Had a lot of fun. Great offsite meeting and fun times. I would go back if they want me to.

ConsGot laid off for no fault of my own. Company was acquired by Oracle. They won't hire anyone that was laid off from Sun.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop cutting costs by laying off your most skilled workers. How about hiring back some of them?

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
