Pros

Fantastic employer with above-industry remuneration, perks and benefits. Extremely work-life balance oriented. The only employer to heavily promote the Work From Home culture - even for contractors. Very globally dispersed virtual teams enabling solutions that work locally as well as globally.

Cons

Some questionable upper management decisions regarding the direction the company took. Cost cutting in the wrong areas accompanies by reckless spending on the wrong projects.

Advice to Senior Management

Please listen to the folks operating at the grass-root levels - they are more in touch with the reality out there. Also, stop wasting money on the so-called consultants who are learning on the job.
