Flex hours, many opportunities to work on different new technologies.

Cons

The company is going down because management kept making dumb decision and choose the wrong direction. e.g. the 4 - 1 stock reverse split, how's that can help the company? Bought MySQL, what was the logic? oh, because Linux is free and driving us out of business so we bought the free database and kick Oracle or IBM's butt?
