Very employee friendly company
Great benefits
Good compensation

Cons

Rudderless ship
Exec management clueless
Bureaucratic culture
Work culture promotes slackers, employees more interested in positioning themselves and playing politics
Marketing dept need major overhaul
Multiple BU's perform similar projects with overlapping timelines

Advice to Senior Management

Please take your parachute and scoot. Larry Ellison is just what the Dr ordered. SUN will benefit from some discipline.
