Pros

-Lot of flexibility in how and when you get your work done. People do things voluntarily and on time.
-Good engineers. Lot of knowledge sharing.
-Brand name

Cons

-Management should have been more aggressive. Seems there is no direction.
-Suck at marketing and product strategy. Great engineers but don't know how to tap that power.
-Open source and free distribution of everything does not work. Need a revenue model.
-Lot of old folks around. Can feel the generation gap. Median age of company is high. The company's thinking as a whole is also like that - don't want to change according to the changing market.

No use now. The shop is about to close.
