Great people who wanted to do the right thing by the customers. Technology was leading edge and getting closer to solution selling.

Cons

Business models got off track resulting in Oracle purchase. Not as cool to work for as it once was.
Couldn't execute the vision!

Advice to Senior Management

Missed opportunity to execute a strategy around a growing portfolio of software and services. Did the investment in Storage Tek cause a loss of focus?
