“Leadership missing”
I worked at SunGard Consulting Services full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great colleagues, tons of traveling, interesting cases
Cons – Managers are not good enough to retain talent and salary is not great
Advice to Senior Management – Too be there more than others does not qualify you for being a manager
