    Il y a un bon esprit d'équipe et on peut travailler avec des personnes très talentueuses. Il y a de belles opportunités internationales pour ceux qui veulent bouger autour du monde.

    There's a good team spirit and you get to work with some very talented individual people. There are international opportunities for those who wish to move around the world.

    La structure est bureaucratique, très lourde et manque de dynamisme. Les propriétaires prennent trop d'argent, d'où un défaut d'investissement interne et des coupes budgétaires sans raison valide. Cela étouffe l'innovation dans les produits de l'entreprise et fait manquer des opportunités commerciales.

    The structure is bureaucratic, top heavy and lacks dynamism. The companies private owners take out too much money, leading to underinvestment internally and to cost cutting where there is no valid business reason. This stifles innovation in the company's products and leads to missed commercial opportunities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Le management devrait arrêter de traiter chaque département comme s'ils étaient tous identiques et devrait reconnaître qu'il y a une richesse de talents à l'intérieur de l'entreprise et que les spécialistes ne sont pas des meubles à remplacer facilement.

    Senior management should stop treating every division in every company as if they were identical and needs to recognise that there is a wealth of talent inside the company and that their specialists are not commodities that can be easily replaced.

    Le salaire dans la finance est bon par rapport aux autres domaines.
    Le lieu de travail est sympathique avec un grand parc à côté et un accès facile en transports en commun.

    The salary in (Sungard) finance is good compared to other domains.
    The workplace is nice with a big park nearby and easy access by public transportation.

    Les salaires ont été gelés en 2009 et beaucoup de postes sont délocalisés à l'étranger: beaucoup de gens compétent partent et la qualité du travail et l'atmosphère se détériorent. Beaucoup de ceux qui restent sont débordés et on attend d'eux qu'ils fassent de longues journées sans aucune reconnaissance de la hiérarchie.

    Salaries were frozen in 2009 and many jobs are being moved overseas, resulting in competent people leaving and a deterioration of the quality and of the atmosphere at work. Most remaining people are overworked and expected to make very long days without any gratitude from management.

    L'entreprise fait de gros profits grâce au dur labeur et au dévouement des employés. Or la plupart des gens ont trop de travail et des décisions récentes (plus d'activités offshore, salaires bloqués) contribuent à détériorer encore plus la satisfaction de

    The company is making great profits thanks to the hard work and dedication of its workers. However most people are overworked and recent decisions (increasing offshore activity, freezing salaries) are contributing to a global and growing deterioration of the satisfaction of those workers.

    You should start investing in those people rather than making cheap budget reductions which will irremediably lead to a loss of quality and customers.
