    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Employees are paid fairly Good exposure to latest technology

    Cons

Upper management treats the service business as if it were a manufacturing company. Failing business model (Recovery-side) with continual re-organizations and downsizing. Unhealthy atmosphere which has created a miserable work force. The new business model's aim is to create a jack-of-all trades technician (+customer service specialist) that will destroy the one strength that the company had - depth of knowledge and talent. Insane increase of the number of team meetings - 33% of your time is spent in a meeting rather than in front of the customer.
