    Pros

I enjoyed the flexibility to manage projects, friendly co-workers and general atmosphere of collaboration on projects.

    Cons

Known to have multiple "reductions in force" to manage budget

    Advice to Management

Avoid reductions in force at all costs...cross train, transfer, etc.

    Pros

Work/life balance is good, and many good people here.

    Cons

Lots of issues with silos and competing business interests at the business unit level. Too many small fragmented units from acquisitions that don't work well together. Lot of bureaucratic headaches. Pay in my experience is under-market and even though direct managers acknowledge it, they are stymied by senior management in making it right. Much lip service to employee development, but little action in the form of paid training or mentoring, etc.
