- Everyone is a one big family, lots of employee gatherings
- Main office has lots of fun utilities like cafeteria, gym, bike room, and pool table

Cons

- Everyone lives on fear that if one screws up the hierarchy is very unforgiving

    Pros

    -Leading Technology and highly respectable product
    -Good set of people with adequate knowledge on what they do
    -Compensation is good. Benefits are above standards.

    Cons

    -Management is really hard to connect to. You'll feel like a headless chicken at times
    -A lot has become unclear after the re-org. People at the bottom of the pyramid still does not know what direction does the management wants to go
    -Work will consume you. People in ops are overworked. 12++ shifts a day working on accounts accross the globe
    -No training being offered to improve one's capability

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be clear on what you want to achieve. Understand your analyst better because not all cost reduction measures are possible. Be bullish but realistic by looking and understanding the actual numbers suggests.
