Pros
A simple bank with easy to understand products. Great way to break into the banking industry. Benefits are pretty good. Pay is fair
Cons
Some of their technology is old fashioned. Many associates/managers lack basic competencies. Lack of "teamwork" between different lines of businesses. Too much emphasis on sales while ignoring customer satisfaction. Customer service help desk is practically useless in terms of helping clients resolve issues. Many representatives are treated like tools, doing work for branch managers.
Advice to Senior Management
Senior Management needs to be more flexible in terms of product pricing, etc instead of playing by the book. Too slow to react to market events
