Compensation and benefits are good

Cons

Watch out at corporate: some groups are snake pits of backstabbing politicians and former consultants.
No IT investment

Advice to Senior Management

Live and die by a tangible and clear business vision.
Senior management needs to decide whether SunTrust will support a centralized or decentralized decision making structure: right now it's trying to do both.
