Pros

People are great. Company does encourage growth and career advancement. Suntrust is a solid company with long history and stronghold in the southeast. It's a financially stable company at present time to work for. Company encourages building relationship with clients rather than just conduct business transaction.

Cons

The current benefit has been drastically reduced due to the ecomony. Company only sees "number". It rarely gives recognition for employee who goes above and beyond for clients since it wouldn't reflect in the personal performance report.

Advice to Senior Management

More investment into the IT field. The compay proprietary software needs improvements to increase employee efficiency among the retail sector. Better data mining software are needed to retain customer relationship.
