Pros

Hours is still 9-5 at some locations
pay is ok
work is easy

Cons

no respect if not in a manger position
over looked
stress
SALES SALES SALES!

Advice to Senior Management

Respect employees on all levels
more pay or bounses if you have worked with the company for a certain amount of years
