not allowed to work more than 40 hours if assistant manager and lower, which means a flex schedule and one day a week you are off at 3

Cons

Extreme micromanagement, each morning must turn in a daily plan with everyone you are going to call, at lunch they see where you have done thus far, at end of day you go over each name, what you said and how you will be better tomorrow.
Not much thought involved in job, just pushing paper and dealing with people that are upset about fees
extremely understaffed,

Advice to Senior Management

Staff the branches appropriately, less micromanagement, it decreased the moral and employees are very stressed and dissatisfied, ease up on sales pressure
