Pros

My management team was nice. The area of work performed was random and diversified. Although I was a little peon, others seemed to still be respectful towards me.

Cons

Lack of internal promotion. No bonuses except for management. Pay increases weren't great. Internal communication was okay, but major occurrences typically weren't communicated, yet had to be "found out".

Advice to Senior Management

Care more about the employees than your pocket books. Also, give possibilities for advancement. Don't continue to just build, build, build. Expansion was welcome, but the core group never seemed to grow with the company. More responsibility was given for the same pay. Pay them more!
