    Pros

Residents. These residents really need a leader that would be willing to be an advocate on their behalf. Flex schedule.

    Cons

Upper management, non clinical personnel making clinical decisions, residents that are not appropriate for ALF are allowed to move in, resident needs are not taking into consideration, team members are not appreciated. Team members afraid to speak up due to fear. Company concern with numbers not residents well being.

    Advice to Management

Professionalism from upper management should be a requirement. Knowing someone should not qualify a person for an upper management position.
