“Not alway employee friendly”
Former Employee – worked at Sunrise Senior Living full-time for more than a year
Pros – Flexible with time on most days...
Cons – Only cared about the bottomline in every aspect, not really concern about the employee. Required that the employee did any and everything to not loss a resident. Are not employee friend with minority managers.
Advice to Senior Management – Need more experience managers that understand the whole picture. They managers should be groomed from within, not just thrown in the position by family.
