Sunrise Senior Living – “If you want a personal life, not the company for you.”

I agree very much with your comment about the impossible expectations. I've worked three different jobs with Sunrise and the last required a great deal of overtime and personal sacrifice and at the end of the day it added up to zilch as far as senior management was concerned. The people at the corporate office who develop the job descriptions and define the expectations and goals have obviously never worked these jobs in their LIFE!
