I worked at Corporate Headquarters in McLean, VA. There have been 2 rounds of layoffs in the last couple of months. No raise has been given in the last year and the years before that 2%-3%. Worked hard and long hours at peak when workloads were heavy with nothing in return. I have accepted an offer with a substantial increase in salary elsewhere.

Advice to Senior Management

Make room in the budget to give employees appropriate raises based on job performance instead of 0%-3% across the board.
