I worked at Sunrise Senior Living full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fun atmosphere, friendly people to work with. Love the residents

    Cons

There isn't one in Fort Collins

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't make employees wait until a YEAR for a raise. I think more care managers would stay and turn over would be less if people could get promoted or even a small raise after ninety days or six months. 3% each year only ONCE a year is not enough for inflation and cost of living increases that happen each year.

I have been working at Sunrise Senior Living full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Sunrise is an environment that embraces and welcomes new residents and families.
    There is always training available.
The ability to promote from within is there.

    Cons

Because you engage with residents and families it is hard to see them decline and pass away.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Develop a dress code that is universal: Orange, Yellow, White Polo’s and Black or tan pants. I believe the care managers need to appear more tidy and professional.
