Exploding industry, but serious politics and inept senior management

I have been working at Sunrun full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Friendly people, great middle managers and employees, a lot to be proud of the company's values.

    Cons

Extremely political and poisonous culture. Too many executives with nothing but their egos and inflated sense of importance. Too secretive and indecisive which promotes CYA culture. No leadership and no direction. Hard-working middle managers are leaving the company frustrated and disappointed. The CEOs are exceptional, but they seem to be blinded by false claims and accusations made by the executives.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be fair and build constant and open communication with employees.
