Fun Job!

Field Technician (Current Employee) El Cajon, CA

ProsGreat job if you do not like being in the office all day. You spend of the day working outside. It is good paying job and fun to do most days. Most of the supervisor are good guys expect for one.

ConsThe hours can be long some days. There are also some dirty customer homes you have to go into sometimes. The FCR score hard to keep good.

Advice to Senior ManagementLower the FCR score.
