    I worked at SuperShuttle International full-time

    Pros

    - Pay is competitive without being excessive
    - Plenty of opportunities for younger employees to learn and grow
    - Constant push for efficiency and system change
    - Senior management cares more than franchisees let on
    - Staff in the HQ office get along well for the most part
    - Good people to work with and learn from
    - The company has a positive growth plan and a solid future, ignore what past reviewers have said

    Cons

    - Working with the cities can be a struggle due to decentralized management structure
    - Franchisees can be extremely difficult to work with as they tend to never see the big picture and a myriad of other reasons
    - Benefits are terrible compared to other Corporate offices in the valley
    - Upward mobility is difficult due to frequent hiring from outside rather than promoting from within
    - Lack of organized structure makes implementing change a difficult prospect sometimes
    - Work/life balance was not the best but was improving
    - Certain managers could be...difficult to work with

    - Continue to invest in better systems
    - Listen to the employees with ideas
    - Provide more formalized training to staff
    - Become competitive with benefits, not just salaries (401k specifically)
    - Give managers management training

    Pros

    The best customer base network, money machine. needs right people to manage

    Cons

    Senior management does not care, they only cares for their bonuses. It's a shame to work for these people

    Wake up and smell the coffee before you loose all good and hard working people
