Up and down and everything in between

Franchisee (Current Employee)
Phoenix, AZ

ProsIf you are a franchisee you can make your own schedule,
hire your own staff of drivers,
be "in business" for yourself

ConsSuperShuttle still ultimately controls what you do and the work you get.
You don't negotiate fares, pickups, dropoffs or any discounts offered or accepted.

You are at the mercy of a corporate structure that does give two cents about you or your success.

Advice to Senior ManagementOpen your eyes and listen to the franchisee's and give a little. We are not robots. There are many smart and savvy business types that came in with a desire to truly be in control of their work.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
