    Pros

High Earnings, Flexible Schedule, Tremendous Front line sales experience - if you can sell here you can sell anywhere

    Cons

Company revenue decline due to inability to transition from print to digital.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do something and do it fast - sales are soooo hard to come by cause we haven't developed a product to replace print.

    Pros

You can wear headphones while doing your work.

    Cons

Rifts that never come your way.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Promote worthy employees instead of your friends. Management is nothing more than a popularity contest. No leadership, no accountability, no knowledge of the jobs anymore. It's not rocket science why this company is dying a slow death. This place simply doesn't have structure. You have no foundation. Every single day is a micromanaging, bureaucracy nightmare. Employees have mentally checked out.
